WORD OF THE DAY: “POSITUDE”

I give many thanks to my friend, Lindsey M., for bringing this word/term to my attention!:-)

pos·i·tude/ˈpäzətood/

Noun: Abbreviated slang for positive attitude; a good, affirmative, or constructive way of thinking or feeling about someone or something, typically one that is reflected in a person’s thoughts, words and actions
Synonyms: inspiration – cheer – affirmation

My recipe for POSITUDE is take a morning cup of Soul filled with gratitude, mix in optimism, spread out evenly over of every person, place or thing, and allow it to rest, to marinate, to mingle, to “be” throughout the day, then top it off with an evening cup of Soul filled with gratitude. Repeat the steps as you greet each day of life!

For POSITUDE to exist, there has to be “negatude”. One cultivates creation and one cultivates destruction. Thus, we are presented with a choice. Which do you choose today?
