Be of good cheer. Do not think of today’s failures, but of the success that may come tomorrow. You have set yourselves a difficult task, but you will succeed if you persevere; and you will find joy in overcoming obstacles. (Helen Keller, 1880-1968)

Today, take one step … no matter how big or small. With every step forward, you become that much closer to a goal or resolution. No need to jump if you can’t leap, don’t leap if you can’t run. It takes just one step forward. PERSEVERE.
