AFFIRMATION: Today, I embrace the OPTIMIST within. I am so strong that nothing can disturb my peace of mind, body and soul. I talk health, prosperity and happiness to everyone. I reflect to my family, friends, and strangers there is something worthwhile in them. I see my optimism manifest in constructive ways. I am enthusiastic about the success of others as I am about my own success. I let go of mistakes of the past and embrace the achievements of today with hope for a tomorrow. I give a warm sincere smile to every living creature I meet. I concentrate and focus on my own personal growth and have no time to judge or criticize others. I am too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble. I am true to the best that is in me.
