I value each and every FRIEND that has entered and left my life. I hold the wonderful lessons and reflections their presence gave and does give. I read that one way the Soul is expressed is through human contact, relationships that are formed and how those relationships are tended and cared for. Could it be that the care we give to our FRIENDS reflects the care we give to our own Soul and essence? Something to ponder and consider. Friendship provides us the opportunity to see and feel the cracks within, but to also strengthen and heal those cracks. A FRIEND is someone I can explore my limits, evolve, and be a genuine “me.” As the writer of another blog so eloquently shared: “Friends are mirrors into which we glimpse each other’s souls, and our own.”

AFFIRMATION: Today, I am grateful for each and every FRIEND, past, present and future, and for the gift of their existence in this magnanimous Universe.
