Not every day is without chaos
and not every challenge is easy;
yet when I keep my focus on harmony,
there seems to be courage to tap into,
even if just a tad;
courage that takes me beyond
the urge to resist,
moving me through the storm
like waves on an ocean,
to the place of stillness,
once again.
